The Therapy Lane is a private therapy practice, working with a range of psychological problems and difficulties. We offer a confidential and safe space for you to work through difficult times you may be experiencing. Anxiety Depression, PTSD, Self Harm, Grief & Loss.
Services include Young People and Adults.

A healing journey is always built on safety and trust, and this is why we offer a free 15-minute chat so we can establish whether working together is a good fit for you.
Following this, sessions are 50 minutes long and can be face-to-face, by telephone or online.
We are based in Leicester and Market Harborough.
